FAQ
What if there is inclimate weather?
If the weather is bad, we will reschedule accordingly between client and photographer.
Is the retainer refundable?
There is a 50% retainer which is non-refundable if client cancels.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, I do not offer that service. But there are multiple sites that offer quality printing such as mpix.com
Is there a late fee?
All clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to session. A $25 late fee will be assessed if you are between 10-15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and is non refundable and non transferable.
